Nocturna was a daughter of Selene, the moon goddess. She was kidnapped by Hades, the god of the underworld, and locked in a cellar. Selene heard her daughter crying and sent the moon to rescue her. The moon managed to free Nocturna and placed her next to her mother among the stars…
