Adrasteia

Adrasteia was arrested on a beach by the morality police for allegedly wearing clothes. Clothing was for girls and women strictly forbidden. Adrasteia wondered who had betrayed her because during her arrest she was completely nude. She begged the official for an explanation, but the scribe had sufficient evidence. Adrasteia was taken to court. 

Chief Justice Socrates examined her thoroughly: upper side and under side. The sun had betrayed her. The markings were unmistakable. The sage sentenced her to oblivion…
